We begin with a thorough evaluation to confirm eligibility, review your history, and explain how Spravato works. On treatment days, your provider will check vitals and guide you through simple preparation steps.
In-Clinic Treatment
Spravato is self-administered as a nasal spray in our clinic under direct supervision. You’ll remain on site for observation, and because of possible side effects, a trusted adult will need to drive you home.
Support Over Time
Treatment usually starts with twice-weekly visits for four weeks, then shifts to weekly or every-other-week sessions depending on your progress. Your provider will adjust your plan to ensure safety and effectiveness.
