Cloressa Brown

Clo (Cloressa) Brown is a Certified Medical Assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting both clinical and front-office operations in urgent care and internal medicine settings. She brings a well-rounded skill set that allows her to support providers and patients efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Clo’s clinical experience includes patient intake and triage, obtaining and documenting vital signs, EHR documentation, specimen collection, venipuncture, EKGs, and assisting providers with in-office procedures. In addition, she has extensive experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and workflow coordination, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across clinical teams.

She also has prior experience training and onboarding new medical assistants and is known for her patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and ability to balance efficiency with high standards of care and compliance.
