Madeline Martinez

Madeline grew up in Sterling, Virginia, and brings more than six years of healthcare experience to Fairfax Mental Health & Wellness. Throughout her career, she has developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while supporting patients and healthcare teams in fast-paced environments. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in social work and is passionate about continuing to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys reading, taking Pilates and yoga classes, exploring new restaurants and wines with friends and family, and catching up on her favorite reality television shows.
