Kristie DeBlasio, Ph.D.

Dr. Kristie DeBlasio is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Nutrition and Health Coach, and Qualified Supervisor. With extensive experience across private practice, hospitals, treatment facilities, and academic settings, she brings a comprehensive, client-centered approach to mental health care. Dr. DeBlasio provides teletherapy to adults and offers individual, couples, and family therapy to support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, obsessive- compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief and loss, stress management, relationship challenges, and life transitions. 

Her clinical work incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Her approach emphasizes collaboration and solution-focused strategies, helping clients build resilience,  achieve meaningful goals, and create lasting positive change.


Dr. DeBlasio earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland. She has pursued advanced education and additional training to continually expand the depth and effectiveness of her clinical work. This includes a specialization in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University, as well as certification as a Nutrition and Health Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). In addition, Dr. DeBlasio is an EMDRIA Approved Therapist and holds a Diploma in Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) from the Behaviour Institute in London.
