Brittany Sapp, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Brittany Sapp, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides evidence-based treatment to individuals ages 12 to 55. She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), including exposure and response prevention (ERP), and incorporates dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills to support clients with a range of concerns.

Dr. Sapp has particular expertise in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), adjustment disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Before earning her Ph.D., Dr. Sapp was a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has worked in the mental health field in diverse roles and settings since 2014. She is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment and tailors her approach to each client's individual needs, values, and goals. Her work focuses on building emotional insight, strengthening coping strategies, and promoting lasting, meaningful change.

Dr. Sapp is a member of PSYPACT, allowing her to offer telepsychology and temporary in-person services across participating states.
