Dr. Brett Thomas is a physician specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. He provides care for a wide range of mental-health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders.
Dr. Thomas completed fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at BronxCare Health System in New York. Before entering medicine, Dr. Thomas served as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer for over fifteen years. His wartime experiences and work with service members and their families inspired his dedication to psychiatry and mental-health care.
Dr. Thomas’s clinical approach is collaborative and patient-centered, integrating evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy and lifestyle principles to help individuals and families achieve lasting well-being.
Dr. Thomas earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
