Atalia Lima da Silva has been part of the administrative team at Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness since 2025, where she plays an integral role in supporting patients and clinical staff alike. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, maintaining accurate patient records, and facilitating communication between clients and healthcare providers.

A former athlete and collegiate coach, Atalia transitioned into healthcare after earning a B.S. in Individualized Studies with a focus on Exercise Science and an M.S. in Healthcare Management. Before joining Fairfax, she gained valuable experience in the healthcare field, further strengthening her commitment to patient-centered service. Atalia is dedicated to creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment for every patient she serves.
