Rossy Carpel has been part of the administrative team at Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness since 2022. Rossy mainly focuses on accounts receivable, ensuring patients are billed accurately. She is responsible for calculating and collecting payments for services, updating patient insurance and billing information and reconciling ERAs and EOBS.

Prior to joining Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness, Rossy spent 20 years in customer service, quality control, business proposal development, accounting and bookkeeping while working in the hospitality industry and contracting companies.

Rossy received her B.S. in Accounting from Strayer University. She is originally from Lima, Perú and has lived in Northern Virginia since 2002. Rossy enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and extended family.
