Natalia ‘Natasha’ Brigham is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed to practice in Virginia and Maryland. She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.

​Dr. Brigham works with adults ages 18 and above struggling with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including Anxiety, OCD, Mood disorders, Insomnia, and PTSD. Her approach to treatment is strength-based and tailored to best suit each client's preferences and personal needs.
