Megan Thomas, Psy.D.
Megan Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in psychotherapy and psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and presenting with a diverse range of concerns, including mood, behavior, and education difficulties. She has worked in both urban and rural settings in private practices, schools, pediatric hospitals, and outpatient clinics. She also received training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide in-home therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Her clinical interests include psychological assessments, executive functioning and attention, trauma, autism spectrum disorders, parent training/support, and group therapies. Dr. Thomas has trained as a generalist practitioner and works to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual she sees.
Dr. Thomas graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
