Dr. Kara Beck is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Arizona with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Her clinical work and life are guided by a fundamental belief that all humans have value and deserve care that is responsive to their individual circumstances. She works with teens and adults via telehealth and is working toward a credential in Telepsychology. Dr. Beck uses a collaborative, integrative approach to identify tools and ways of thinking that are useful to apply to your life and to address stressors and mental health concerns. 

Dr. Beck received her Master's and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University. She is originally from Michigan and currently lives in Maryland with her partner, two dogs, and two cats.
