Erika Argote-Rowley is the office manager and medical assistant of Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness and has served in this position since 2021. Erika oversees the practice's day to day operations and assists the providers with any clinical needs. 

Prior to her time at Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness, Erika worked as a medical assistant for 7 years at different practices across Northern Virginia. Erika is originally from Bolivia, speaks Spanish fluently and has lived in Northern Virginia since 2006. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling with them.
