Cari Krawiec, Ph.D.
Dr. Cari Krawiec is a Licensed Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with experience providing individual psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults. She addresses a wide range of concerns, including stress management, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and mood disorders, anger management, trauma, grief, and parenting challenges. Dr. Krawiec utilizes empirically-supported cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), to help clients challenge maladaptive thoughts and behaviors while developing adaptive coping skills.
As an inclusive and affirming provider, Dr. Krawiec is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, including those who identify as LGBTQ+. Her approach centers on empowering clients to improve self-understanding, enhance decision-making and emotional and behavioral regulation skills, and foster meaningful change in their lives. Dr. Krawiec earned her PhD in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2011 and completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at Florida State University's Multidisciplinary Evaluation and Consulting Center.
